Those ecological houses will adopt a modular design, modeled on prefabricated buildings whose parts or components are manufactured off-site in advance and assembled on site.
Such constructions will largely help to lower the negative impact caused by building on the natural environment of Yanghu Lake Wetland Park.
A feature of the houses will be an integrated and circular sewage system which will allow them to save energy and reduce pollution.

The houses will be scattered along the waterside, coupled with cafes, design studios and open-air cinemas, allowing tourists to experience the most comfortable and advanced accommodation.
