Changsha obtained investments through cultural exhibition
About 12 major cultural cooperative agreements worth of total 13.2 billion yuan ($2 billion) were signed by leading creative companies, covering finance, mobile internet, entertainment, catering and express delivery.
During the conference, Changsha hired five entrepreneurs from the internet and human resource sectors as chief mentors to help transform its traditional cultural industry by combining it with modern creative ideas.

At the three-day conference, an exhibition featuring the intangible cultural heritages of the Liuyang River was held, during which dozens of characteristic artifacts and folk customs were displayed, including fireworks, chrysanthemum stones (an ornamental stone), oiled paper umbrellas and shadow play.
