Changsha parks in bloom
With the arrival of warm spring days, a host of colorful flowers are in full bloom in the parks in Changsha, capital of Central China's Hunan province.
Peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, and rape flowers are particular favorites among visitors.
Orange Island's peach blossom came into perfection last weekend, coinciding with the fragrant garden beds at Changsha Ecological Park.

Some early cherry blossoms have been seen at Xiaoyuan Park and Wangyue Park while other varieties are expected to bloom in late March at Hunan Botanical Park.
Rape flowers provide some of the brightest color in spring, lining Changsha's roads and expressways.

Tulips and hyacinths in different parks are now in bloom as well, and in a month's time people will be able to enjoy pear blossoms.
