The Changsha Xiaoxiang Avenue Section 3 Project, and the Xiangjiang River West Bank Levee Upgrading Project (Xunfu Road – Xiangtan’s Jiuhua) were recently accepted and opened to traffic. The Xiaoxiang Avenue Section 3 Project is a provincial key project, stretching from the Baxi Avenue in Changsha to Jiuhua in Xiangtan. This two-way six-lane road is 5,600 meters long and 46 meters wide, with a designed speed of 60 km/h. Its completion and opening to traffic will greatly improve the traffic carrying capacity of Xiangjiang New Area and Dawangshan Tourist Resort, and shorten the travel time from Changsha to Xiangtan.
