Previously, there were only low-speed trains available for travelers who shuttled between Changsha, Yiyang and Changde, but now the operation of D-series trains will shorten the travelling time and provide better services to passengers in the region.
According to the booking website 12306.cn, the journey from Changsha to Changde will now take less than two hours, and Changsha to Yiyang will take less than an hour.
