Caocao Zhuanche rolls into Changsha
Up-and-coming entry in the car-hailing industry, Caocao Zhuanche, was launched in Changsha on Aug 25, making the Hunan province capital the 14th city in China to gain access to the service.
Changsha residents can find the new-energy electric vehicles – Geely Emgrand EVs, in Yuelu district, Kaifu district, Yuhua district and at Huanghua International Airport.
The vehicles can be driven up to 300 kilometers without recharging and have a maximum speed of 140 kilometers per hour.

It's reported that Caocao Zhuanche will ensure that its drivers comply with strict rules and regulations, and have been involved in no traffic accidents or crimes.
With Chinese car hailing service competition becoming increasingly fierce, the late-comer, established by Geely Automobile, will be confronted with a tough competition from the well-established Didi Chuxing and Shouqi Limousine and Chauffeur.
Caocao Zhuanche has a total of 5.5 million users and ranks first in the number of active users in eight cities, Hangzhou – its headquarters included, according to data provided by analysys.cn, a consultancy headquartered in Beijing.
