The Hunan Provincial Tourist Attraction Rating Commission announced the list of 17 new national 4A-level scenic areas on December 31, 2020. The public notification period will end on January 9, 2021.

The National Forestry and Grassland Administration recently announced the acceptance inspection results of pilot national wetland park construction projects in 2020. Changsha’s Liuyang River National Wetland Park passed the acceptance inspection, making it the first national wetland park in Liuyang. So far, Changsha has 5 national wetland parks.
