The original building where the bookstore is located was built in 1949. It used to be a public-owned house under the direct management of Changsha Municipal People’s Government. Now, it has been transformed into a 24-hour bookstore with a construction area of 680 square meters. It was officially put into use on January 16. This old house has been integrated with fashionable and sci-tech innovation elements, demonstrating upgraded consumption.
