FAQ: on Hunan Provincial Government Affairs Service Center

The Hunan Provincial Government Affairs Service Center opened on May 6, 2020. It has 109 service windows to handle 1,440 administrative and public service items concerning 32 provincial departments.

Personal affairs are mainly handled at the first floor, while enterprise affairs on the second floor and administrative affairs on the third floor. The center opens to the public between 9:00 and 12:00 in the morning, and 1:30 and 5:00 in the afternoon on working days.

With this center, people can handle their administrative applications in a “one-stop” manner, instead of going to each related department in the past. The center adopts 4G/5G technology to enable both online and offline operations including reservation, check-in, waiting time inquiry, online application, and progress inquiry. Based on the “one-step approval” reform, the center will further improve “one-stop” administrative approval with higher efficiency and better service. 

Address: No. 6, Yinxing Road (the northwest of the crossing of South Furong Road and Youyi Road), Tianxin District, Changsha(长沙市天心区银杏路6号,芙蓉南路与友谊路交叉口西北面).Visitors can take Metro Line 1 and get off at the Youyi Road Station No. 1 Exit, and then walk to the center.
