Foreign Volunteers at Changsha South Railway Station
As the Spring Festival Travel rush starts, volunteers are busy offering help to passengers at the Changsha South Railway Station. Among them, there are a group of foreign volunteers.

In recent years, college student volunteers were recruited to better serve passengers during the Spring Festival travel season. This year, the Changsha South Railway Station organizes 25 foreign volunteers to assist the foreign passengers in ticket and train-taking guidance.
Jack from Algeria helps passengers to carry their large baggage.
“I love to help passengers to carry luggage; to provide guidance service; and, to do some small favors. Through these activities, I could better know about the Chinese Spring Festival, and experience China’s railway development,” said Brazilian Michel from the Railway Campus, Central South University.
