The 2020 Changsha New Year Concert was held at the Changsha Concert Hall on the evening of December 28. The concert was hosted by the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and the Changsha Municipal People’s Government. It was conducted by Zheng Xiaoying, the first female conductor in China and Xiao Ming, chief of the Changsha Symphony Orchestra and first-class national conductor; and performed by the Changsha Symphony Orchestra.
