  • Exhibition of Imperial Porcelain from Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties

    The exhibition kicked off on that day. It displays 128 pieces of imperial porcelain ware from the Yuan (1279-1368), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) Dynasties. Open to the public free of charge, it lasts until March 28, 2021.

    A social documentary photography exhibition entitled “Xie Hailong: Mirror of Hope” opened at the museum on January 16, and will run until February 28.

  • 2nd Hunan Biennial Chinese Painting Exhibition

    The 2nd Hunan Biennial Chinese Painting Exhibition opened to the public free of charge from January 19. A total of 378 Chinese painting works, in the great majority of contemporary figure paintings, are on display. The exhibition will open until March 5.

  • Exhibition of Artists Zhang Daqian and Pu Xinyu’s Paintings and Calligraphy Works

    An exhibition entitled “The Masters--Paintings and Calligraphy Works of Zhang Daqian and Pu Xinyu” opened January 29. It displays 84 pieces or sets of paintings and calligraphy works by the two artists in their early artistic creation period and by famous Hunan-born artists. Visitors can feel the charm of traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy there.

  • 2021 Changsha Spring Festival Commodity Fair
