    The lantern show displays new-type main lights with high-tech elements and festive classic lanterns. More than 60 groups of large lanterns are on display in a 700,000-sqm exhibition space, forming a sea of lanterns and creating a festive and peaceful atmosphere. The lanterns will be lit from 18:00 to 22:00 and the show will last until February 28.

    The 2021 “Culture of China, Festival of Spring”, a Spring Festival Gala for Overseas Chinese was recorded in Changsha on January 24.     An exhibition of 198 terracotta figurines and brick carvings featuring music, dance and drama of the Han, Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties opened January 25. The exhibition is open to the public free of charge, and will run until March 6.

    An exhibition of Li Zijian’s sketch works and oil paintings on Morocco in North Africa opened at the Li Zijian Art Museum on December 19. The 32 character sketches, 77 oil paintings, and graphic travel notes on display were created by the painter when he was stranded in Morocco for 158 days due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
