Changsha City is the provincial capital of Hunan Province. It has a profound civilization with rich cultural heritage. Its written history dates back to 1,600 BC. In 1982, Changsha City was named by the State Council as the first batch of “historical and cultural cities”. At the same time, Changsha enjoys the titles of "Culture City of East Asia" and "City of Media Arts" .
