The letter comes from foreign students at the Hunan University of Technology in central China's Hunan Province.     The photo, taken on February 8, the Chinese Lantern Festival, shows high-rise buildings are illuminated with slogans in Chinese reading “Be strong, Wuhan!”, “Be strong, China!”, and "Hunan, the neighboring province of Hubei, shall help Hubei battle against the epidemic" at Wanda Plaza in Kaifu District, Changsha. Many landmark buildings across the country were lit up that day to cheer people up in the fight against the novel coronavirus pneumonia.

    On February 9, the first day after the Lantern Festival, Changsha saw a peak in passengers returning to work. Changsha’s airport, high-speed railway station, subway stations, and other transportation hubs have done a good a job in both epidemic prevention and control and passenger services, so that passengers can travel safely and normally. Meanwhile, passengers voluntarily wore masks and actively cooperated with the staff to make body temperature checks.
