First Service Window of Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone Furong District Opens

On December 22, Wan Yangchun, a co-founder of a network technology company had his business license registered through Furong District Government Service Center. It was one of the first batch of business licenses in China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area Furong District.
An integrated service window for the zone opened at the Furong District Government Affairs Hall on December 22. It provides one-stop service for enterprises to reinvigorate regional market vitality and enhance the level of opening-up of the district. It is first government affairs window of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The "Special Window of Free Trade Zone" is managed by specially-assigned personnel, providing business license issuing, invoice application, seal engraving, bank account opening appointment, social security, housing provident fund, and other services. Wan spoke highly of the work efficiency of the special window. He said, “It helps me a lot and saves my time. In the past, it took about 3 days for business license application, but now I could obtained the license within three hours.”
