The signing ceremony between the Greater Bay Area Enterprises and the Jinxia Economic and Technological Development Zone (JXETDZ) on Jinxia Major Cross-border E-commerce projects; and the Industrial Park and Investment Consultants Recruitment activities were held in the Zone on December 2, 2019. He Baoxiang, Hunan vice governor, and Zhang Renhe, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences witnessed the ceremony.
JXETDZ is the first cross-border e-commerce undertaking base in Hunan Province. Since being approved as a key industrial park of China (Changsha) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone on January 23 this year, it has been aimed at cross-border e-commerce ecosystem construction. The cross-border e-commerce platform, site operations, comprehensive services, supply chain finance, and other factors are highlights to attract investment, and a cross-border e-commerce ecosystem has been initially formed.
There are 5 projects settled in the park this time, including the Bestek R & D Center, Flytexpress Land Cross-Border Corridor, Youkeshu Cross-Border Jinxia Project, Universal Electronic Business Technology Operation Headquarters, and Amanbo China-Africa Cross-Border Platform. This would further improve and upgrade cross-border e-commerce ecosystem construction.
JXETDZ has systematically integrated all links of the cross-border supply and industrial chains, and gathered cross-border e-commerce, service providers, logistics, and warehousing companies, to provide cross-border e-commerce platforms with operations and generation operations, talent training, overseas warehousing and logistics, foreign exchange settlement, financing, incubation and other one-stop standardization and intensive services. It will give full play to the role of incubator, catalyst, and booster to achieve “great industry” with “small ecology”.
The zone management committee also issued the letters of appointment for Zhang Renhe and other 2 park consultants, 6 investment consultants, and 2 investment agencies.
