2019 Int'l Commercial and Legal Cooperation Forum Slated for Late November
A press conference for the 2019 International Commercial and Legal Cooperation Forum was held on October 24. It announced that the forum will be held in Changsha between November 26 and 28.
The forum will be hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT); organized by the Changsha Municipal People’s Government and CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center; and, undertaken by CCPIT Changsha Branch.
CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center Deputy Director Zhang Shun and Changsha Vice Mayor Qiu Jixing attended.
The theme of the forum is “Mutual Learning for Win-Win Progress”.
The forum has three sub-forums, namely: trade and investment facilitation and legal innovation; corporate cross-border investment and international trade compliance; and, international protection and cooperation of intellectual property rights.
During the forum, special events are to be held, such as Japan-, Latin America and North America-, and Africa-oriented business environment promotion and exchange meetings.
About 600 representatives from the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the China Law Society, the World Bank and other institutions will attend the forum.
