3 Mobile Apps Optional for Bus and Subway Rides in Changsha
From the morning of July 22, the Changsha bus app, called Xiangxing Yikatong (“湘行一卡通”) is available for Changsha metro rides. Meanwhile, the Changsha metro app (“长沙地铁”) is also available for bus rides. This means that passengers can use either of these two apps to take bus or subway in Changsha.
There are 3 apps that allow QR code payment for both bus and subway rides in Changsha. They are: Xiangxing Yikatong; Changsha Metro; and, Hebao Pay (or He Bao Zhi Fu).
The app supports both Android and iOS operating systems. However, IOS system is now unavailable for subway rides on this app. Its online recharge service is limited to mobile phones with near field communication (NFC) function. The balance in the app can be withdrawn.
