Hunan Geological Museum Sees Summer Peak Season

Facing pressure from the increasing number of visitors, the museum has taken many measures to create a safe and orderly environment during the summer vacation, including:
1.The museum has adjusted its closing time from 16:00 to 17:00;
2.The museum has improved its ticketing system, allowing visitors to enter into the museum by scanning a QR code;
3.The museum has improved its tour route guide signs; and,
4.The museum has added baby care rooms.

Tips:

Opening hours: 9:00 – 17:00 (July, August, and September); 9:00-16:00 (rest of the year) from Wednesday to Sunday. Closed on Monday and Tuesday, and Chinese Spring Festival Eve.

Free admission with valid identification certificates.

How to get there:
Bus: Take bus No. 105 or 915 to the Hunan Cultural Department (Sheng Wen Hua Ting) stop, or Hunan Art Center (Sheng Yi Shu Guan) stop.
Metro: Take Changsha Metro Line 1 to the Hunan Provincial Government (Sheng Zheng Fu) Station
