China-Africa Cooperation Cases and Programs to Be Exhibited

The first China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo will take place between June 27 and 29, 2019 in Changsha, Hunan. An exhibition to display China-Africa cooperation cases and programs were planned to be held. It will offer Chinese wisdom and programs to Africa in four languages: Chinese, English, French and Portuguese.

The expo mainly includes two parts: conferences and exhibitions.

Six types of exhibitions will be arranged in an area of ​​43,000 square meters. They feature:
The image, culture, tourism and products of African countries;
China-Africa economic and trade cooperation achievements;
Cooperation cases and programs;
The image, culture, tourism, key enterprises, and specialty products of provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions in China;
The image and products of major Chinese companies cooperating with African countries; and,
An official exhibition website.

Cooperation cases and programs exhibition will be the highlight.

Xu Xiangping, director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, said that the cases and programs exhibition will focus on empirical model promotion of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, so as to launch a batch of replicable and feasible programs that meet the needs of African countries for their economic development, and of China-Africa production capacity cooperation.

Cases and programs collection has been launched in China. At present, Hunan Province has initially selected 40 ones, and the collection from enterprises and other provinces is in progress.

During the expo, seminars on agriculture, trade, economic and trade cooperation zones, infrastructure and financing cooperation will be held. The expo also includes Investment Promotion Conference for African Countries, Investment Promotion Conference for Major Provinces/Municipalities/Autonomous Regions of China, and China-Africa B2B Conference, and major economic and trade cooperation project signing ceremonies.
