Recently years, as “Chinese fever” continues to heat up, more and more foreign students choose to study in China. In 2017 China was the world's third largest and Asia's largest destination for foreign students. It is estimated that by 2020 more than 500,000 international students will be in China.
The HNNU “World Culture Week” is a brand cultural activity of foreign students in Hunan. It promotes cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, and enables the international students to practice Chinese and enhance intercultural communication abilities. It demonstrates HNNU’s Chinese teaching achievements, and is conducive to promoting its internationalization.
Before the comprehensive cultural exhibition, the HNNU International Chinese Language and Culture College also organized international students to participate in the “Promotion Speech Contest”.
