Pavement construction of Changsha ring expressway

On Aug 11, reporters learned from the Traffic Police Detachment of Changsha Public Security Bureau that in order to ensure the smooth pavement construction and the road safety during the construction of the ring expressway (Lijiatang to Huanghuatang), the traffic police department has issued a traffic restriction notice in construction period.


Reporters learned that from 12:00 of August 15 to 12:00 of September 25, the city will carry out traffic restrictions on ring expressways including the east half of K57+335-K60+880 and K65+000-K66+580, which will restrict travelling from north to south and those motor vehicles can make bypass on the west half of the roadway. It will make traffic restrictions on the west half of K56+000-K47+805 on which the motor vehicles will be prohibited from travelling from north to south, and they can make bypass on the east half instead. During the construction, a speed limit of 40 km/h in those sections will be imposed, so the driver must reduce the speed. Traffic will remain normal entering or exiting the expressway from toll stations of Huanghuatang, Pingtang and Datuo.
