The electric vehicles can be started through scanning the two-dimensional code with mobile phones, only 15 yuan for an hour. On Feb 9, it was learned that the first 11 shared electric vehicles appeared at Huanghua town, Changsha County and 1,000 shared electric vehicles of this kind will be put into operation this year.

Something New

In the parking shed near the gate of Hunan Urban Professional College at Huanghua town, two rows of brand mini electric cars was charged by the charger whose shape looked like a white sail. “These were the first shared electric vehicles in Changsha and we hoped that they could promote green travel with a new pattern of mobile Internet.” said Cai Xing, the principal of an after-90s entrepreneur team, “everyone using cars”. He demonstrated a new concept of electric vehicle travel as expected to reporters, taking leave without delay.

Every electric car has a fashionable name, like “Prehistorical Powers” and “Small Goals”, and a two-dimensional code matching with it. “Scan the two-dimensional code by WeChat and bind phone number after entering the page, for individuals firstly using this kind of vehicles, they also needed to upload some information, like identity cards, driving licenses, and pay deposit of 500 yuan.” Cai Xing’s mobile phone showed that system backstage would remotely activate servers on the cars after verification. Users could open the car, press a button without keys and drive away.
It could be seen that data of all vehicles were released on the mobile platform. The map of shared electric vehicles on the WeChat public accounts, “everyone using cars”, showed that there were 7 cars left to rent and the other 2 cars were being charged. Besides, each car had its real-time information.
