Changsha, CAERI Carry out Strategic Cooperation
The Hunan Industry and Information Technology Department, Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Administrative Committee, and China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CAERI) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Changsha on April 18.
Hunan’s Imports and Exports Up 5.4% in Q1
Hunan's foreign trade has withstood the test of the COVID-19 epidemic and kept stable in 2020. The positive outcome of measures taken to stabilize foreign trade growth has become increasingly obvious. On April 17, Changsha Customs announced that the total import-export value in Hunan reached 83.56 billion CNY for the first quarter in 2020, up 5.4% from a year earlier.

Hunan Imported Consumer Goods Surge in First Two Months
According to customs statistics, between January and February, Hunan’s imported consumer goods amounted to 3.62 billion CNY, which has doubled over the same period of last year. Of which, Hunan imported 1.73 billion CNY consumer goods in February, an increase of 220%.
