Changsha held a symposium on artificial intelligence and creative design industry development on July 1. During the symposium, a team led by Pan Yunhe, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), member of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, leader of the National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Strategy Advisory Committee, and chairman of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, answered the questions raised by Changsha enterprise representatives.

The Changsha Customs announced on June 18, 2019 that between January and May, Hunan exported cultural products of 8.05 billion CNY, an increase of 72.9% from the same period last year, accounting for 8.2% of the province's total value of exports.

The First China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo will be held in Hunan at the end of this month. The trade between Hunan and Africa has increased this year. According to Hunan’s customs statistics, Hunan's imports and exports to and from Africa was 8.73 billion CNY between January and May, up 41.4% over the same period of last year.
