The Hunan Import and Export Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center is located in Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone. Currently, there are five sectors involved: cross-border e-commerce public service center, business incubator, accelerator, headquarters base, and education and training. It is committed to building a cross-border e-commerce ecosystem integrating talents, enterprises, commodities, finance, channels and platforms. The cross-border e-commerce annual transaction volume is expected to hit 1 billion USD through online and offline cooperation with 2,500 to 3,500 companies.
The person in charge of the E-commerce Department of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce who attended the opening ceremony said that, its business sector will give more supports for the park in such issues as expanding the scale of cross-border e-commerce business; constructing public service platforms; introducing leading enterprises; giving training; making independent brands; and training professionals. It is hoped that the Park will promote Hunan's cross-border e-commerce development; and the annual transaction volume of the cross-border e-commerce business in the whole province will reach 10 billion USD within three to five years.
