Changsha reaps award for governmental innovation
Changsha has been given the Chinese Government Innovation Best Practice Award in 2015 for its effort in government legal work standardization, Hunan Daily reported.
Peking University's Chinese Government Innovation Research Center conducted the rating and selected 10 "best practice awards" out of the 119 applications nationwide. The results were announced in Beijing on Dec 12.
According to a principal of Changsha's legislative affairs office, the city's legal work innovation mainly manifests in institutional level, reform, urban management and economic construction.
