I would like to understand how after my wife started her mortgage in 2012, moved in on December 2014 and our land license released in august 2015 we can still not sell our apartment. In august 2017 we had the right to sell and put on the market as the law stated 2 years from land license. However, less than one month later I'm told by Lianjia I now need to wait another year? How can this be possible? The apartment has been owned for 5 years. Loved in there for nearly 3years. How can the land license not represent the true dates of purchase (5years) or time resided in the apartment for (3 years). At the very least the land license should have been issued for January 2018 not august. We moved in in December Please can you tell me where I can find more information about this whole thing.
According to the latest policies for house purchase released by the Changsha Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Sept 23, 2017, commodity housing in Changsha is only be able to be put on the market for sale three years after the owners have received their property ownership or real estate certificate.
