Changsha cultural pavilion opens at ICIF
Changsha's stand-alone pavilion was unveiled at the 13th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center on May 11, showcasing characteristic cultural industries to visitors from home and abroad.
Located in the No 1 Hall, the 162-square-meter pavilion is decorated with creative concepts in three colors – red, white, and blue – symbolizing the city's ancient history, Orange Island (a landmark of Changsha), and the Xiang River.

Besides the reception area, there are three interaction, experience, and display zones, which feature intangible culture handicrafts, a 360 degree image of Changsha's landmarks through virtual simulation, and multi-dimensional views of Changsha's cultural businesses via LCD screens.
This is the second time that Changsha has exhibited at ICIF. Annually hosted by national institutes, ICIF is a major platform for comprehensive exchanges for cultural industries globally.
