On the afternoon of October 23, a special performance to promote traditional Chinese operas in schools was held at Qingzhuhuxiangyi Foreign Language School in Kaifu District, Changsha. Eight original opera programs selected from primary and secondary schools in Kaifu District were staged. 300 Nvshu Works Displayed at Tongguan Kiln Ancient Town
The 2019 Nvshu Cultural Tourism Week opened at Tongguan Kiln Ancient Town in Changsha on October 12. More than 300 Nvshu works are exhibited, attracting many visitors. Nvshu, or “women’s script” literally, is the world’s only script designed and used exclusively by women. It was discovered in Jiangyong County, Hunan in the 1980s.
