    On November 21, China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Thermal Power Construction Co., Ltd. (HTPC) contracted with the Shanghai Electric Group in Changsha to build D and G sections of Noor Energy 1, a 950MW concentrated solar power (CSP) + photovoltaic (PV) solar power project in Dubai.

    The photo, taken on November 22, shows Changsha traffic police’s cartoon image called “Chang Jiao Xia (Long Pepper Man)” reminds passing vehicles to give way to pedestrians at Shuyuan Road and Bixiang Street intersection in Changsha. November 22 marked Changsha’s “Courtesy Day”. On that day, the Changsha traffic police held a citywide campaign to punish uncivilized traffic behaviors and advocate “civilized and courteous travel”.

  • CNB Operates Its First 5G Base Station in Changsha

    The China Broadcasting Network (CNB) operated its first 5G base station on Saturday on the rooftop of the ST-Tropez Hotel in Changsha, capital of Central China's Hunan Province. The base station, which is also the world's first 700MHz+4.9GHz5G station, is set up using 5G technology provided by Huawei.
